I thought they sent the wrong thing since this is called a 6 footer. After it showed up I started looking closer at online and turns out, the product dimensions are 48 x 1.63 x 1.25 inches (which is what I got) and the 6 ft detail is listed as "COLOR" ..... pretty screwy to say the least. I like this FOUR footer better than other similar items, but it's a bit disappointing to think I'm getting a 6ft long strip and it turns out to be only 4ft. 20 amp rating is more important than length (can't find anything 20 amp longer) .... just read carefully when you buy.4 starts only because it's not 6ft like the description says.I put this on the wall behind my lathe, I can now plug in all my assorted electrical do-dads. The plugs are well spaced so power bricks don't interfere with each other. 12 ga wiring handles bigger tools just fine. It just works.
