this product has a design flaw. the tips have some kind of "protective wrap" but they are very easily peeled off.there is no easy way to glue them back because the pieces are too small to attach back.this just beyond return-able date. very disappointed with this product.manufacturer: anything you can repare or replace these shoes?Love this shoe. Will purchase more of this brand in the future.The shoe had no chusion inside and was hard as a rock.
