This is my 3rd case of this type. I had one for my iPhone 5, 6 and now 8. I love this case because it protects so well! There is a bumper on the corners as well as the front and back are raised slightly so the phone is protected when I drop it or it falls (many, many times, and none ever broke or cracked - knock on wood ?). The sides also have ridges to make it easier to grip. I like the clear to show off the colors of my phones. All of these great qualities keep me coming back to buy this product again and again.Had a Luvvitt case in the past and I really loved it, but this one is slightly different in that the corners are not built up as high (facing front of phone) and the color options are very limited. I like the flexibility of the rubber because it's easy to keep some business cards in back and the grips on the side are great. Also like that it's one piece, not parts molded together like others. I have dropped my phone several times and the bumper corners work like a charm.It's a very nice case.Thicker material on the corners, like bumpers so if dropped the phone I protected.Ribs on the side edges way outrank smooth edges. The ribs give it good grip. Feels good in hand.The case is a lim, not bulky.This case works with the thick screen protector one gets from Verizon.This is an excellent brand. I had one of these onmy iPhone 6 for two years and loved it. No pun intended.It fits into lee carpenter jeans side pocket without an issue.Great case at a great price.Buy it. You will not be disappointed.I bought this outright myself. This is a review I am posting because the item rocks!Same issue as a few of the other customers where the case arrived looking like it had oily smudges and fingerprints all over it. I wanted to return it immediately but had to try it on the iPhone. After cleaning it with soap and water and drying with a microfiber cloth, it cleaned up a bit. Once on the phone, the smudges disappear completely (as in you can't seem them at all). I really like the grip and comfort of the case. It looks OK on, keeps a pretty low profile but the ridges on the sides distract a bit from the clean look of the phone. I paired it with a tempered glass screen protector and am happy with the look and protection.Long story short, it was only $12, it was good enough to keep for $12.The product itself is so good and protects my phone from every violent fall. HOWEVER, I ordered two from Amazon and both came covered in foggy hazy smudges that really make the product ugly. Luvvitt contacted me and told me there is a moisture problem in Amazon's warehouse causing the problem, and they sent me a new one. It's amazing. Order the product -- but not from Amazon!Got the new iPhone 7 & I refuse to buy the ones in-store. So the same night, I was searching & searching amazon because I just bought an expensive phone & needed it protected ASAP! Wanted something CLEAR (hate hiding the Gold color phone I just purchased), grip-able but not too sticky or bulky, and most important to me: "air cushions" on the corners. It is not those cheap, plastic crap ones either. It's been absolutely great for me. Shipped super fast too, like the next day or 2 - so I didn't have to carry an unprotected phone around for long.This iPhone 7/8 case seems flimsier than the iPhone 6 case. Please see side by side comparison in photos. The darker case used to be clear but I’ve had it for almost 2 years. Phone has dropped several times (down the stairs, on concrete and hard floors), and I always felt secure knowing my phone was safe. No need to use a screen protector either. This newer 7/8 case’s corners are not as prominent as the case for the 6. The 7/8 case doesn’t have the raised marks on the inside back part, which I think helps with shock absorption. Hoping to find a case that more closely resembles the luvvitt iPhone 6 case.I bought a different case (Spigen Apple iPhone 7 Liquid Air Armor Shockproof Case Slim TPU Cover) & returned it because the sides weren't very grippy & I felt it would be easy to drop. It had a great texture on the back, but that's not where you hold it.This one has great corner protection & a pretty good grippy texture on the edges.I got the smoke color which you can see through, and I think the smoke color is less likely to yellow over time.I had LUVVITT clear grip for my iphone 6s, I love the product and still using it. I thought this one would have the same quality of the product, boy how I was wrong. The back is so slippery I dropped my phone several times in two weeks I have it!WTH LUVVITT___!!!!!!Amazing I recomend thanks ??The product is great and i love it. The only thing thats bugs me is that i think througout the delivery or storage, the quality of the product was degrated. The back was scatched and didn't look as clear as i would have liked it to. It's a shame because the case is otherwise EXACTLY what i was looking for. It feels slim and light and has this great grip. I just wished it looked better on the back. I would reccommend putting a sticker that covers the entire back and front so that when it is received, we are able to take it off and have that perfect clear and mint condition case.Mise en place sur un iPhone 7 jet black convient parfaitement au téléphone.La texture en petit point du fond de la coque fait qu'elle ne colle pas à iPhone avec l'aspect mouillé habituel.J'ai la même coque sur mon ipad depuis presque un an et pour l'instant elle n'a pas jaunie malgré des expositions extérieures fréquentes.Pour la protection les coins sont bien renforcé avec un espace entre les coins et l'iPhone de quoi absorber les chocs. Elle est également suffisamment épaisse pour bien protéger l'appareil photo.Donne un reflet bleu violet au soleil plutôt sympathique.
